Karen is a commercially focused, result-orientated and compassionate HR, Organisational Development and Change Management practitioner with 20+ years' experience in leadership and consulting roles, across a range of sectors including resources, engineering, construction, education and not-for-profit organisations.

Karen is a seasoned professional, who is dedicated to partner with clients to create effective, robust and fit-for-purpose workplace solutions, enabling the delivery of strategic goals and taking organisations to a higher level of achievement. 

Karen is a certified practitioner in Prosci Change Management and Everything DISC Profiling.
